When should you replace your undercarriage parts?

Undercarriage Preventative Maintenance?

1. Inspect undercarriage daily before operations.
2. Check for cracks and damage to the tracks shoes and links.
3. Remove excess dirt and large debris from undercarriage.
4. Rocks and hardened mud or dirt will cause wear and may even cause the track to fall off.
5. Manually extract large items and  occasionaly power wash to keep your undercarriage in good shape.
6. Check hardware for looseness & oil leaks.
7. Identify grease points on your machine model and grease daily.
8. Greasing pushes dirt out.
9. Optimize track tension
10. Refer to maintenance manual for proper tension test procedures .
